IPA is the underwriting arm and a fully owned subsidiary of the AXA Assistance group. IPA is the retained underwriting company for AXA Assistance. Inter Partner Assistance's underwriting activity is authorised by the Commission Bancaire, Financère et des Assurance (CBFA) in Belgium and is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
